1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 365j ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming website accessible at 365j.cam. 2 Definitions

3 Eligibility & Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including real money funds pending withdrawal.

4 Account Management

Upon registration, you will be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before making your first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS card) and a current selfie. 365j reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365j login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 365j support immediately via live chat.

4.2 Account Verification

365j reserves the right to suspend account access pending verification at any time, particularly in cases where unusual account activity is detected, where withdrawal requests exceed standard thresholds, or where there are reasonable grounds to believe that Terms are being violated. Verification requests must be responded to within 30 calendar days or the account may be closed.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 365j may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance remaining after the inactivity period may be closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

365j accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.1 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 365j wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically credited within 5–30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing times. 365j does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard banking hours may take until the next business day. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱100. The maximum single withdrawal amount may vary by account tier and is subject to PAGCOR compliance review.

5.3 Payment Method Matching

365j enforces a payment method matching policy. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of qualifying value. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering guidelines. 365j reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request.

• 365j does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

365j offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 365j account carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from bonus play — may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

6.2 Bonus Validity

Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without notice. Validity periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.3 Game Contributions

Not all games on 365j contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). 6.4 Loyalty Program & Golden Bank

The 365j Loyalty Program and Golden Bank feature carry their own specific terms and conditions, accessible on their respective pages. Players enrolled in these programs remain subject to these general Terms in addition to any program-specific terms.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 365j — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

365j uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. All RNG systems are independently audited by a third-party testing laboratory on a quarterly basis to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulable by 365j or any third party.

In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of a win, 365j reserves the right to void the relevant bet or round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. The decision of 365j's technical team is final in all matters relating to technical disputes.

For sports betting markets, 365j follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 8 Responsible Gaming

365j is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its players. 365j provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the Account Settings panel, including:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Check Alerts — Receive periodic reminders of time spent playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all 365j services.

All responsible gaming tools take effect immediately upon activation. Cooling-off and self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before their expiry. 365j will not accept deposits or allow real-money gameplay from any account under an active self-exclusion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 365j and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on 365j.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing 365j using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, exploit promotional terms, or gain an unfair advantage on 365j.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Engaging in chargebacks or initiating fraudulent payment disputes against deposits legitimately processed by 365j.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 365j account to any third party.
• Accessing 365j if you are subject to an active self-exclusion from any PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform.
• Accessing 365j if you are under 21 years of age.

365j reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies available under Philippine law in cases of fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations of these Terms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 365j platform — including but not limited to the 365j brand name, logo, site design, user interface, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of 365j or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, published, or used commercially without prior written authorisation from 365j.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 365j platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 365j platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 365j's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the 365j platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that Player's account at the time the liability arose.

365j shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to service resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 365j's reasonable control (including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government action).
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any delay in withdrawal processing caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
• Losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform, which Players acknowledge is a recreational activity conducted at their own risk.
• Errors in information provided by Players during registration or KYC that result in failed transactions or account complications.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 365j's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Termination

365j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time if, in 365j's reasonable determination, the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

In cases of serious breach — including fraud, money laundering, or identity falsification — 365j may freeze account funds pending investigation and, where relevant, report the matter to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than Terms violation, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method within 10 business days of account closure. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure under all circumstances.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the Player's use of the 365j platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to contact the 365j support team to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. 365j commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 365j and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
